The Top Management therefore intends to also subject the Corruption Prevention System (whose requirements are now integrated into the MO procedures) to certification by an authorized body.
For almost two years now, XFIRE SISTEMI has appropriately modified the procedures by inserting non-financial controls at significant moments and acts for the purposes of preventing corruption.
We confirm, for greater protection, that most of our activities are carried out under regulatory control of financial flows and anti-mafia clearance of third parties involved in the process by the company.
XFIRE SISTEMI therefore prohibits corruption and encourages the reporting of suspicions of corruption that involve/may involve your organization.
Top Management determines the principles to which the entire activity of XFIRE SISTEMI must be oriented:
- satisfy the Customer’s requests with a perfect realization of what is required;
- arouse the enthusiasm of the customer even with a greater availability than that contractually due; keep the Customer updated systematically on the news and/or possible improvements of the systems already supplied;
- take care of all the technical documentation with detail: graphs (in 3D), reports, use and maintenance
- manuals, etc. that are always available at our office’s electronic archives
- ensure that all company workers have the best possible working environment and opportunities for professional growth;
- comply with all regulations and inputs received from third parties on workplace safety and environmental protection;
- the complete denial of any corruptive event, the constant control of the moral integrity of all company workers and of relationships with third parties;
- constantly pursue the improvement of every corporate aspect.
The principles will be respected, implemented and improved through reflections based on the determination of risks and opportunities related to each of the company activities (internal and external).
Knowing and analyzing risks of all kinds will allow us to move with due prudence and avoid negative effects, now also minimizing the risk related to any acts of active and/or passive corruption.
